My daughter , granddaughter and myself (3 women) were traveling alone in italy for a month... stopping to visit friends and family from verona to naples. the Ilga is a family run hotel and the staff speaks english as well as russian and french.....we were very comfortable and any requests were filled as soon as possible which was now........! european...
