We stayed at Albergo Guidi for two nights on a whistlestop tour of Italy. An accommodation in a small place like Sammomme in Tuscany sounded a little...mmm...frightening. Wonderful and hospital old hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Tuscany mountains. Very simple but spacious rooms with old furniture and terrific views behind windows. Friendly owners, always ready to help. Delicious breakfast, obligatory with perfect coffee. This is no 5 star hotel, it's just simple accommodation far away from the crowds.
