This is a rather strange hotel in a beautiful part of Romania. The exterior is horribly stark. The interior is very modern and comfortable. Most of the clients were on package tours like me. The food was a fairly plain buffet. The bedrooms were a bit ordinary with very hard single beds. If you think of it as a 3... More

Arrived just after New Year's holidays, the hotel was cozy and calm.Had a warm welcome at the front desk and also in the bar. Had 2 hot teas because we were in a hurry, but we had time to enjoy the comfort of the terrace and the soft music. The bartender was very kind and looked sharp and clean, also... More

Stay a few days @ the Gerald's Hotel. Average 'Premier Inn' style rooms. Good location of hotel next to the park. Hotel really focused on providing a smoking space for football fans .. too smokey to sit in the bar. Bar snacks not great so ate in town at Antique restaurant which was superb (Italian). Hotel staff friendly / helpful... More

We had a very good time at Gerald hotel, room impecably clean and everything perfectly functional. Excellent service, all stuff smily and helpful. The location is perfect, in the city center, near the park. At the restaurants and generaly where we've been in radauti, people are smiling and helpful - probably a characteristic of Bucovina people. We will happily return.

Gerald's aspires to be a classy hotel. It is built on the monumental Eastern European style where overwhelming size seems to be more important than elegance. It's public hall is huge with islands of chairs and a long pale wood well polished reception desk. The tables in the bar continue that theme of huge and are so wide that chatting... More

The room was large and spacious, as well as being clean. The room safe was easy to use. Although the bathroom was also clean with a large shower, no toiletries were provided, so a bit like a Premier Inn. Breakfast was aimed at large groups, with the hot water for tea quite tepid, and the cooked food greasy. We chose... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Arrived after a very long journey from Chisinau to be greeted by friendly staff and a delicious liqueur. The public rooms are all spacious. The decor is bright and modern. There was comfortable seating in an area near reception. Our room was large and the hotel stood in an open space so the... More

Recently returned from a holiday in Romania and stayed two nights at this hotel. The hotel is very modern, light and airey and it isn't very old. A short walk from the main town, places of interest and park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good but cannot comment on the food in the restaurant. Bedrooms were... More

The positive reviews of this hotel are merited. Radauti is off the beaten path and a charming town. The Gerald's makes it a great place to spend a night or to stay longer. The rooms are well-designed and quite comfortable. The bathroom features a practical walk-in shower I liked very much. In the lobby, bar, and restaurant, notice the extensive... More

We were travelling around Romania for two weeks, and I wish every night could have been spent at Gerald's. Very clean and well designed rooms, friendly and helpful staff; central, but quiet, location. They are building an outdoor terrace, too. We loved staying there.
