We booked a four night family stay. It was incredibly good value so I was concerned the hotel would not be up to scratch . It was fantastic , comfy bed and exceptional staff who couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend for the zoo, national aquatic centre and ikea.

Stayed here this week and found it a beautiful relaxing and comfortable hotel. The food was good and available all day. The rooms were small but were fit for purpose, and the en suite was brilliant. Bought this overnight stay on grab one deal. Did not expect to find 4 star standards in bedroom & bathroom, so was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed my brief stay, staff were polite & helpful & deal was great value.
