I know the Maldron from other trips. This time I was extremely stressed. It was raining, I was cold, I had been waiting for the hotel bus and then missed it and had to wait for another one, I was soaking wet by the time and to top it all I had forgotten about my scissors in the cabin suitcase.... Average hotel - it does the job for the night for a stopover in Dublin before or after a flight. A bit pricey for the quality. Under renovations when we were there, so no elevators and strong smell of paint and carpet. Decent breakfast but a little stale under the lamps.

Lovely staff and good food but a little tired in places. Unusually, wouldn't accept a Visa Debit for pre-approval on checking in - credit card only which is not something I've experienced before anywhere else! Would probably use again for a short stop over, especially as shuttle bus from airport is really convenient.

I have stayed at least 5 times in this hotel. It's location within walking distance of the airport is invaluable. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I hope new ownership will continue the Clarion good Thai cuisine ! Good simple and very practical hotel for transit passengers

Very convenient, especially if your flight is early in the morning. Unfortunately I had a long way to reach my room. The bar was not very clean. In any case I will come back (this was certainly the third time)

This hotel is very convenient for travelling into and out of Dublin Airport. The rooms are fine but the bar food is limited if you are on a gluten-free diet. There was too much noise late into the night from unsupervised children running up and down the corridors on my last stay there. Parents were otherwise occupied enjoying themselves.

Located near the airport and welcoming staff. The rooms are nice and the beds are ok. No table available in the pub, so we had to choose the restaurant (expensive + bad food, but nice staff again). Be careful to arrive in advance for the shuttle, which was so overcrowded at 5 am that people had to wait for the... More

Once again the Maldron has proven itself. Great shuttle service, quick check in with efficient and pleasant staff, clean and comfy room, good restaurant, albeit pricey....but it is an airport! Always a good way to start a plane journey. there is barfood also by the way....not bad and not so exprnsive.
