Headlingley Lodge is very well situated for Headlingley, and is not that far from the centre of Leeds. It is easy to miss when arriving in the dark as we did. The hotel is inside the Headingley Carnegie Cricket Stadium, and is located at the main entrance off St Michael’s Lane. To access it, you have to go through the... More

The rooms, I have stayed there 3 times, are all very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Monday to Friday there's a choice of breakfast arrangements, either continental delivered to your room at your chosen time, or you are given a voucher which you take to the cafe in the stadium where you can select various options for a cooked breakfast. Being... More

The rooms are large and clean, with good bathroom facilities. Huge window with a great view of the cricket ground. Breakfast is in another building, but very close by. Not a fabulous breakfast, but perfectly reasonable considering the price we paid for the stay. We walked into Headingley for dinner the night before to eat, very close to a lot... More

Stopped for one night on a visit to Leeds University with my daughter. It's about a ten minute drive away from the Uni but a lot cheaper than Leeds central hotels. The rooms are large, beds comfy with a great power shower. The reception staff were so helpful. We ordered a takeaway as we arrived a bit later than anticipated... More

This is a great value hotel that has just had a fresh lick of paint. Secure free parking at the location. Friendly reception staff and swift check in. Rooms are big, comfy, clean and nice onsuites with a hot power type shower. Nice to have a view over the ground from the room. Would definitely recommend and stay again of... More

Short overnight stay whilst on business in Leeds. Rooms look out over the pitch but as it was dark and foggy couldn't really see anything. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. 5 min walk to centre with lively bars and restaurants. Ate at the Thai which was good and reasonably priced.

I had a great view of the pitch, the room was large and clean but the place was soulless. Breakfast was ok but it was like eating in the school canteen. Good range of restaurants near by. Good value, ok if all you want is a place to sleep, but not memorable.

Tried to stay here on several occasions, but always booked up. Finally stayed for a night in The Brian Close room, no 318, on the third floor. Lovely large family room with amazing views of the stadium. Huge double bed. Fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits included. Secure parking and friendly, welcoming staff. Just a few minutes walk into Headingley... More
