Last minute booking into the hotel as I was stuck in Leeds. Looking for the best rates available, and so glad I chose this place compared to the other B&Bs and even more established hotels. Clean and spacious.. And just superb views - especially if you're a cricket lover and if it's cricket season. Cannot fault the bed and the... More

I stayed at the Headingley Lodge for one night, it being adjacent to the venue for our staff christmas party. The pros:- The hotel rooms & corridors are much more spacious than most you will get within this price bracket of the market. Rooms are clean, comfortable with modern bathroom, ample clothes storage, tv & tea/coffee making facilities. They all... More

I only spent one night at the Headingley Lodge, but I feel obliged to say how fantastic it was. I checked in very late but it was extremely easy, the room was huge, immaculate and boasted an incredible view over Headingley cricket ground. Check out was quick and simple, with the taxi I requested arriving mere minutes later. Next time... More

We booked this room so we could stay over at a friends wedding. On arrival the receptionist was a lovely friendly lady who was willing to assist with any info we needed. Good size car park offers free parking, rooms have a view over the stands and ground and good facilities. I think the room cost about £60 and for... More

We stayed at Headingley Lodge for 3 nights 4-7 December. This is a very comfortable and cozy hotel in Headingley close to all amenities.Headingley is a lively spot ,with a large student population,so we would recommend Far Headingley for us older folks ! This is about 15 minutes walk away. Anyway back to the hotel- very friendly receptionist ,great big rooms... More

From the offer from some ground staff to carry bags to the friendliest reception staff around nothing could have flustered this team. Batting right from the start the the home runs were mounting and all the way from reception to the spacious lift to the clean spacious accessible room made this team winners. Having arrived during darkness was I surprised... More

Found this to be a very nice hotel for an overnight stay, the room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful advising us how to get into town - a short bus ride away. Beautiful view of the cricket ground and it was very quiet. Will definitely return.

When we arrived the receptionist was very welcoming. She explained that the room would be ready in about 10 minutes as there was a late check out. We checked in and got our key and decided to come back later as we had booked a taxi to the city centre. When we arrived back a few hours later there was... More

We booked the hotel because the price was very reasonable and we had read about the fabulous view over the ground. We were not disappointed by the view and this really made the rooms very pleasant. I think all rooms had this view. We were in the area checking out the university and town with our daughter as she is... More

I stayed at The Lodge twice last season and cannot fault the hotel. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are HUGE and the view......................well who wouldn't want to wake up on the wicket at Headingley ( nearly). Drinking coffee watching the teams warm up, amazing. I can not fault this hotel and for the... More
