We celebrated our wedding day at Horsley Park on 20th July 2014. I have already passed my gratitude on to the venue for what ultimately was the day of our lives. We celebrated the whole day at Horsley and to be quite frank, the staff simply could not do enough to help and make sure we were ultimately relaxed on... More

Stayed on business for three nights. Breakfast was absolutely top quality and the location of the venue is beautiful. Staff were generally polite and helpful. However, the rooms are ridiculously small and I didn't think the cleaning standards were very high (ominous marks on the carpets, cushions and pillowcase - the bathroom was a bit grubby as well). Overall, I'd... More

Quite disappointed in the quality of the signature room. I had been upgraded!! There were four windows in my room yet only one opened. No air con and the paint was flaking. I know it isn't a modern building but it is looking rather tired. Breakfast was excellent and the service in the bar was excellent too.

This place is a lovely, clean and respectable hotel to stay. Staff very friendly, breakfast is beautiful and rooms are nice. However, there is no air con which is important when the weather is 25+ degrees. Also the double beds are very small for 2 adults. Also, there is no sign posting whatsoever. We travelled down the country so we... More

We stayed here with our little girl just for one night before a holiday. Our room was very very unclean and dirty, the room needed a lot of decor/maintence doing very shabby and tired. My little girl was given a broken bed to sleep in with all the wires broken and very unsafe and in general we were so disappointed.... More

We attempted to stay here before we flew off on our honeymoon from gatwick.we checked in and went up to our room-went to use the toilet only to find human and sanitary waste still in it.clearly I was not going to stay in a room with that level of cleanliness. We then went back to reception to complain.receptionist was disinterested,even... More

Horsely park has a delightful setting surrounded by greenery. The hotel is self is clean and tidy. The rooms are a little small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. We both kept tossing and turning all night long. Dinner was served in a buffet style and ideal if you cant be bothered to leave the grounds. I also believe... More

stayed here for a wedding. The building itself has a lovely appearance and pleasant gardens and small lake.We stayed in the main building where our room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would normally expect to find. The downside was the room had no character, bare painted walls,a fireplace which looked neglected and a slightly Spartan feel to it.Which is a... Rooms are small, tired and not well laid out. New TV was great but covered half of the table and mirror and was right next to bed so didn't work. Staff ok but place had no spirit. Bar menu poor and quality of food not great, the posh fish finger sandwich was dripping with grease, slightly stale bread and undercooked... More
