We stayed here for one night, and wished we had stayed for longer. The room (mini suite) was lovely, it was a good size, and it had a balcony with a fantastic view, well worth paying the money for an upgrade. The carvery food was very good and there is also a pub style menu as an alternative. We loved... More

At the beginning of this summer my father, my son and myself had lunch in the restaurant here. The setting is lovely overlooking the broad and the view from the conservatory is excellent. The food ,however, was disappointing and not very appertising . A few weeks later we thought we would give it a second chance ,this time it was... More

We were put in room 202. It was tiny with velux window which due to being in loft space and fixed blind, which you could not see out of made it claustrophobic for two people. There was one set of towels and 2 tea bags which clearly says room for 1. Our stay was 17.10.14 and it was too hot... More

After booking this hotel I thought it looked lovely and had high hopes for our stay. Lovely location and I can't really fault the staff. Our rooms were cleaned well and had fresh towels daily. The breakfast was really tasty and you can eat as much as you like, but there were two big issues...Firstly, on arrival we noticed there... More

We had eaten at the hotel on a couple of occasions and enjoyed the carvery and desserts on offer. On this occasion we booked the junior suite. The room was large with a double sofa and a larger balcony overlooking the broads. It is well worth paying the extra for the rooms with balconies as they have such great views... More

Room a great size, spotless, and comfy, one problem was a constant droning all night from air con or heating system, so sleep quality was not good, shame because everything else great, food was excellent. We paid £95 for one night, which was a reduced rate as it was my sisters wedding, I feel this is a bit pricey, as... More

We booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and on arrival were pleasantly surprised to find out we had a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite. What van we say the views from the room were great looking over the Broads. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ate and drunk loads, the carvery was great value for money.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2014

We stayed for two nights in mid September. Check in was quick and efficient. We were shown to our disabled access room, not far to walk and fairly near the lift. Our room was spacious and clean with neutral colours. The room itself was sizeable with adequate storage space. It had a large bathroom , two small washbasins at different... More
