We stayed here for one night as everything closer to Bath seemed pretty fully booked. The place was a bit hard to find (even with a navi), and a bit further away from Bath than expected (based on online information, not a map). Cameley Lodge was very quiet on our visit, seemed to be a place where people stay when... More

Stayed for just one night as we were attending a family christening close by. We are regular visitors to Somerset and I don't know how I've missed this place! What a wonderful find. Set in a very quiet location with plenty of parking. Welcomed by a very friendly young man who also seemed to be the barman and waiter (both... More

What a superb find for a week's break. Everything about the hotel, location, staff, food, accommodation and cleanliness are perfection. The hotel is situated on the side of a valley with a trout fishing lake at the bottom surrounded by fields of sheep. It is very restful and relaxing and yet within easy reach of most of the places you... More

Stayed here again on business and was upgraded to a really nice room (same one as last time!). Great attentive service and a fantastic starter of warm duck salad and an excellent fillet steak as my main. Really can't recommend this place highly enough, 10/10.

Cameley Lodge is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, the view from our room was lovely. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lovely big spa bath. The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. A fab place to go for a quiet break.

Arrived just as the sun was going down and it truly is in a nice location. Lots of parking and was greeted by very friendly receptionist who immediately upgraded my room, which was very much appreciated. Room was excellent, clean, bright and lots of space. Nice TV and free Wi-Fi. Great view of the church from the velux windows. Went... More
