Arriving at this hotel with 3 young children and having to endure the unbelievably loud music until the early hours was ridiculous for a hotel Staff on arrival rude The only positive the breakfast was nice and the lady who served it was too Never ever again!!

As a regular visitor to the area , I was unable to stop in my preferred hotels. The Fox is a public house with accommodation above . On booking the hotel at a weekend I was not informed a live DJ would be preforming , normally this wouldn't have been a big issue ,but three small children did find it... More

The Tripadvisor link from the Fox Inn at Roxby brings you to the Fox Inn in Guisborough. Two very different establishments. The Fox Inn in Roxby Village on the North York Moors is a small pleasant moorland pub with friendly staff and good food, not true of the Fox Inn at Guisborough which is a busy town pub.

I stayed for a friends wedding, on my own, an found the room to be lovely, clean an just what I needed. The service checking in was not great, as it appeared to be a hassle checking me in rather than off chatting to friends, the bar staff was as equally unfriendly, as I am not local it appeared I... Stayed on Saturday night 8th February 2014. The room was priced at £62.50 for a double. However, you could only get out of the bed on one side due to the room being so small, the other side was jammed up against the wall next to the radiator below the window. Tea & coffee facilities were okay The worst thing... More

The Fox Inn is a Bed & Breakfast but for the price of a hotel room. Everything is B&B standard, however an excellent one. Fox Inn is very well looked after, neat, clean and comfortable. Evening meal is good and well priced, breakfast is limited but sufficient and you can choose what to eat. Every Wednesday local people gather and... More

I've stayed in a number of B&B's as i travel quite a bit through business, but never have I been made to feel more welcome! Tracey and her staff are very courteous, understanding and professional. Highly Recommended to all!! Food was very good too! Keep up the high standard. Neil
