An efficient Hotel, is the best term i can use for this place. good food, clean bed, but well used decor and furnishings. Felt a bit anonymous in a soul less place. all in all. OK . more

Very friendly staff, good sized rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner, breakfast service was good, however not usual holiday inn standard that we get on the continent, typical lazy UK approach too serving food! But can't complain as paid just 45 GBP per night and that incouded breakfast for my wife, my daughter and I. I would visit again. Location... more

Stayed here 1 night on business. Very convenient to M25 as it's right on the A2 a few miles from the Dartford tunel. I was given a disabled adapted room on the ground floor - right by the bar area. After having read the previous reviews about noise I was a bit concerned, but on the night I stayed, a... more

We stay here quite regularly. If you need to stay in this area there is only one other hotel within about 5 miles that I can think of. The other one is generally better but significantly more expensive so we stay here usually. If you book at the right time you can get a rate of about £60 B&B and... more

Rooms = fairly pleasant (with the exception of some unusual stains on the sofa) Bar = dark and dingy, not enough seating, didn't feel the urge to use my free drink voucher Restaurant = uninviting, but serviceable, by the looks of it (I didn't partake) staff = ok car parking = lots, but charged for. Cocooned in my room, this... more

This hotel was ok, the in room menu was good and the food was very nice and arrived promptly, I am told you get served quicker on room service than is Traders? The room was fine and that pretty much sums up this hotel it was ok for a night. more

From the moment you arrive to the time you check out, staff are very good, polite and make the stay a good one. Rooms are clean and tidy, the bar area is also good. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and ample. Close to M25 and routes to London. Would I use it again and recommend it to others....Yes. more

As we go x-mas shopping each year (my mum and I), we have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time. Once in November and twice in December. It is situated on the A2 south of London and ideal when you have been shopping at the Bluewater shopping centre (or perhaps in London?). Shop all day at Bluewater and then... more

Currently being renovated but seemingy little at a time so no disruption. Does not have a gymn or pool BUT there are some nice paths along Cray River Walk nearby for a morning run or evening stroll. Do not discount this hotel if visiting London for a weekend - cheap rates & 10 minute walk to nearby station make it... more

Average room. Good bar area. A good place to stop for a night, if you don't expect too much. Staff were very pleasant. more
