The room is what you expect for a travelodge, you get what you pay for, clean room, clean bathroom and fresh towels etc daily. The receptionist Laura is fantastic, always happy and willing to help. She should definitely be the manager if she isn't already.

This hotel is the best Travelodge we have been in. Very modern, we had a family room which overlooked the sea. Hungry Horse right next to the Hotel and a Wetherspoon just across the road. The only down side was only 3 pillows for 2 of us, and not many tea bags. But when you use a Travelodge you know... More

A modern Travelodge in an excellent location. Our family room on the second floor had an awesome sea view. The staff were friendly & efficient & obviously took a pride in their customer service. We did have a couple of problems - our son's bed had not been made up & did not have a duvet cover & two of... More

Stayed here this weekend in a standard double room. There was only one towel between 2 of us. You are not even supplied with shower gel or shampoo instead you have to buy them from reception. There were also empty condom wrappers on the floor under the desk where the room clearly had not been cleaned properly! Would not stay... More

Stayed here for one night, had a side sea view which wasnt bad. You need a room higher up as it can get a bit noisy with the nearby pubs but otherwise its great value for money (we paid less than £50), clean and simple. Only downfall was the bed was insanely creaky, everytime you moved it made an awful... More

Just had a very comfy stay on the 1st floor of the new brighton travelodge with views of the sunset over the sea. Great location - 1.5mile prom ouside for brisk morning walk, morrisons around the corner for breakfast croissants and smoked salmon, countless cafes and bars within 100 yards for coffee, lunch, dinner. Cinema 2 doors away. Clean comfy... More

Paid £19.50 per room had two rooms, very clean and Tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Cheap and cheerful hotel, if you want the Ritz then you will have to pay that price; other wise can’t find reason to complain. Had lovely weather, Hungry horse next door, and plenty of restaurants to choose from, Spanish, Italian, Mexican, and other coffee... More

From the moment we came in and spoke to the receptionist who may I add was a very polite and friendly young man, if I remember correctly his name was jake. We knew our stay was going to be pleasant and it certainly didn't disappoint! I would defiantly recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. The surrounding area was excellent... More

£53 per night for a double room which was the most basic we have ever stayed in, including Travel Lodges. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 2. No soaps shampoos or hair dryer, but lots of dust. A leaking kettle, with very meagre supplies of Tea Coffee etc. There were 3 pillows between 2, and the hotel... More

I stayed here a couple of weekends ago for a friends 21st birthday. We initially wanted to stay at one of the travelodges in Liverpool town centre but after being put off by the cost, we chose here; and it is a hundred times better than we were expecting ! After eventually finding the hotel (which is situated behind the... More
