I am a big fan of Premier Inn and indeed have stayed at this hotel before. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. That said I don't think its one of Premier Inns best although they seem to be doing their best with what they have and prices reflect... More

Once inside I've found all the staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable - many look over local cricket ground so you sometimes get to watch a game. Meals are varied and I have always enjoyed them. There's a Tesco nearby and Cribbs Causeway Retail & Leisure Park and Shopping mall is only 15 -20 mins drive.

Surprised at some of the good reviews? Doubt if they have stayed in the far better Premier Inns around the country. Whenever on business I make every effort to stay at a Premier inn. This hotel is well situated in pleasant surroundings and a short distance from local amenities. The staff are friendly and the rooms generally passable. The place is overdue for refurbishment. Stay there by all means but don't use the adjoining restaurant, the quality of food served there leaves something to be desired. Go find another pub.

lovely big room huge comfy bed balcony over looking the cricket field very clean staff very friendly tons of parking looks much better on the inside than it appears on the dated outside would definatley stay again
