The first impressions of the building may be a bit off-putting (it's a bit boxy) but the room we had was very comfortable. Bathroom could have done with a touch of update but it was clean. The bed was superb, lots of pillows to choose from and seriously comfy. We did lots of walking and sightseeing in the area and... More

No complaints at all about the accommodation - is a what you would expect for the price - clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Breakfast was difficult - understaffed, no choice of milk - only skimmed available, and the "fresh" fruit salad was beginning to ferment! Apart from that, good value for money

I usually stop at the Cribbs Causeway Premier Inn, but this one is a completely different beast. It definitely has a "motel" feel to it, and unfortunately my room seemed a little tired. The decor was old and fading, the grout in the bathroom had some black spots, and the Plug socket was coming away from the wall. However, I... More

We stayed 1 night on our way to a family gathering in Bristol. First impressions are '60's motel' and it was difficult to spot from the main road. Our room was on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking a sports field, no balcony furniture, but it was a bit cold to sit out in February anyway! Although we had... More

Premier Inn - The site is somewhat of a blast from the past, but I was lucky to be in a newly refurbished room. The painters were in doing some more and you could smell the paint and freshness - however I didn't hear a peep out of them. The room was clean and tidy but probably the smallest Premier... More

Clean, warm and the most comfortable bed. Arrived late and staff on reception helpful and cheerful. Always feels like they want your stay to be the best ever. Will definitely be staying here again. Fab!

This hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment. I was lucky enough to be allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms. Large room, kingsize bed with topper, large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, tea-making facilities, hairdryer, suitable lighting, full-size mirror, vanity area, full bathroom including toiletries and lovely new fluffy towels. The welcome from Adrian in particular was really warm. (Other staff also frequently... More

We were given such a warm welcome by their staff, we were well informed on all aspects of our stay the only problem we had was we were let down by their wifi free connection not working and our breakfast was not a pleasant experience and not worth the money we paid for it. Our room was above expectations and... More

This was my first experience of a Premier Inn though I have used "budget" hotels on a couple of occasions some years ago and had left decisively unimpressed so this was an opportunity to see if they had changed. I was attending a function and the room had been booked for us by the host. The USP of Premier Inns... More

Stayed for the New Year Party in the restaurant next door 15 of us adults and children. The New Year dinner was pretty expensive and entertainment mediocre for the price paid. But we had ( as usual ) a great time. the Hotel although from outside looks a bit 1970s inside it was superb.
