Had a great stay at Linkbraeheads after a 56 mile cycle along the beautiful Moray coastline. Cannot fault the warm welcome we received and the quality of our accommodation. We slept very well and had a lovely breakfast of cereals, fresh strawberries and the option of a cooked breakfast which we whittled down the scrambled eggs on toast as we... More

This B&B is wonderful and we were given a very warm welcome by hosts Chris and Roy and of course Jed the dog . They could not do enough for us . The room we had with en-suite was excellent and spotlessly clean . On top of all that the breakfast which was served in the conservatory was second to... More

Myself and a work colleague were pre-booked to stay at this accommodation. I telephoned on the morning of our first stay to confirm this booking and the time we would be arriving, which was duly done. Having travelled over 250 miles and then worked all day we arrived at approx 9.30pm to be greeted by "do you want the good... More

First of all , I would like to apologise for the way you feel you have been let down . I was initially contacted by your agent requesting one nights stay which was amended to two nights as the acommodation you were booked into in Aberdeen (65miles) away couldnt acommodate you for another night. . She requested a twin or... More

Made to feel very welcome and felt very relaxed. Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Great breakfast. Be prepared to play with Jed the very friendly dog. I know the area very well as I have family near and spent time in Portsoy as a child. Would stay again.

Wonderful B&B!! A very warm welcome from Chris and Roy and their ace dog Jed (he's so clever). I actually live about an hour or so from Portsoy but being a Nursing student and preferring to travel closer to my work placement, they accommodated me, even though the don't technically open in the winter.....thank you!! Much appreciated and a huge... More

Pleasant room with en-suite. Extremely clean. Good breakfast served in a conservatory with spectacular views. Lovely, friendly hosts. We were on a cycling holiday and bikes were kept in locked garage overnight.

How lucky we were to come across Linkbraeheads. We were offered the warmest of welcomes, and given the most delightful and comfortable room. It was an added bonus to enjoy our delicious full English breakfasts each morning with the benefit of such lovely views. Our friendly hosts, Chris and Roy, could not have been more helpful and attentive. We felt... More

We were so pleased to have found this lovely B&B so close to so many lovely beaches and places to visit. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, the welcome was warm (especially from Jed!), the room was comfortable and breakfast the next morning was amazing! Our hosts were helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them... More

I have never put anything on advisory, but this place i'm just far too excited about.... My spouse and i decided at the last minute to visit Scotland for a few days, while we were in England. It's always been on our places to go, but didn't think we could do it this trip, ...especially without too much planning. Boy... More

We travelled up to Spey Bay and we stayed at Linkbraeheads for a few days, what a lovely welcome we received from Roy, Chris & Jed The Dog! This quaint B&B is in a lovely location, sea views on one side, mountain range on the other. The good sized bedrooms were clean, airy & cosy and to top it off,... More
