Just a short review from me as I only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip.
As you walk in to the main reception area you can feel the class of this hotel.Everything about the layout and decor oozes class.
I stayed on the 2nd floor,to which there are lifts or stairs available.

We stayed here with a group of chinese customers. Service was efficient and professional. Romms are ok, but not large. Bed is a bit tough. Breakfast is standard. We had dinner once at white room. Not very good and quite pricey. Argentee (at hotel) and via del borgho are good
