From the moment of our arrival we could not have been made more welcome by Ann who with her husband has converted the old 'Bailiff's Farm' into the most stunning place to stay. Her attention to detail both inside and outside is amazing and the bedrooms are superb. The breakfast was all fresh produce and beautifully presented. Definitely the best... More

From the moment of arrival we knew we had made the right choice. We stayed with Ann over Easter and can only say this is probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in, anywhere. The welcome set the tone with a drink and information on all the local area. A place for an evening meal was suggested by Ann... More

Excellent welcome. Loads of information useful to us for our trip. Ann was so warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the bed so lovely that we slept so well. They noticed that I was driving in and out of their driveway slowly to avoid grounding the front of my car and they altered their drive. Just the most... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights at de Rentmeesterhoeve and loved every minute of it. We were warmly welcomed by Ann, the owner, with a lovely drink which we had together outside while she gave us plenty of information, a discount book and brochures about things to do around Poperinge and Ieper (Ypres). She upgraded our room for... More

We recently spent the weekend in Ypres and stayed here. It was just the best place we have stayed at in a long time. Anna made us very welcome, and her help with local restaurants and visits was terrific. I cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough. It is midway between Poperinge and Ypres and well placed for visiting the... More

We stayed for one night to break a journey to Spa but now we plan to stay longer next time. This beautifully restored building set in lovely gardens with ample parking is made a delight by Ann, the owner who is friendly, welcoming and so helpful. She booked a great restaurant for dinner for us and the breakfast she provided... More

This B&B is clean, comfortable with a lovely garden with views over the village and church and perfectly placed for visiting Ieper (Ypres) but what makes it really special is Ann, owner and host, who is the most friendly and welcoming person. She's always cheerful and determined that your stay should be a happy one. The room we stayed in... More

From the moment we arrived at B&B Rentmeesterhoeve the host Ann was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to offer us drinks and talk to us about all the great sights to visit nearby. The grounds of the B&B were picturesque, and peaceful with a beautiful lake and gardens, filled with ducks, rabbits, deer and more. My partner and... More

I was totally amazed by this wonderful place. Obviously Ann, our hostess, is dedicated to making everyone feel at home and nothing is too much trouble for her. She speaks excellent English, recommends lovely restaurants to eat in, provides you with all the information you could wish for in the form of a folder packed full of leaflets and maps... More

What a perfect place to stay! We were visiting from Australia for Anzac Day and touring the WW1 sites and it was close to Ypres and many other areas of interest. Ann is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble and our room had a gas fire and every possible comfort. We can totally recommend this great 'home away... More
