The staff was extremely friendly and the location was fantastic. Could not ask for a nicer hotel space or location.

We stayed here over the New Year. Our bedroom was on the top floor (no lift). We were given a room to the rear of the hotel to avoid the noise that may be experienced for those rooms at the front. This place was awesome. We were cycling across Belgium and heavy rain forced us to make an unscheduled stop in Poperinge, so glad we did, this place had it all - food, ambience, hospitality and luxury. Thanks so much! We loved it, and will certainly be returning.

The Amfora was a very good value hotel. The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We eat in the restaurant in the evening as the weather was too awful to venture out and what a good decision that was. Great food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere... and of course great Belgian beer.
