We traveled by car on dirt roads to visit this B&B perched on a hill facing the volcano at the south end of Lake Arenal. The location of this B&B is wonderful. The views of the volcano, the abundance of flowers and hummingbirds along with the sounds of monkeys in the morning made my visit even more special. I was very pleased with the accommodations. more

We stayed at the Hummingbird Nest BB and had a great time. The rooms, grounds and view of Arenal are gorgeous!! I highly recommend watching the volcano from the hot tob! Ellen, the owner was so nice it was like staying with your sister. Its a bit out of the way but that is exactly what we were looking for. more
