My husband and I stayed at the Annexe over our Granddaughter's Christening weekend which took place in the Village. On arrival we were very warmly greeted by Chris and met Glynn the following morning. The accommodation is lovely and spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for either of them, it was very well complimented with a delicious full... More

My husband & I stayed here on our way home from holiday. The cottage was lovely & the annexe adjoining was nicely decorated clean & inviting. The bed was so comfy & we certainly slept well. The ensuite shower room was modern with good shower & lovely toiletries, only 1 hand towel supplied, everywhere else we have stayed there has... More

We have stayed here twice now. This is a self contained ensuite room attached to Cymbeline Cottage. It has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please. It is spotlessly clean, the beds (double and a single) are comfy, the room is a good size and warm. Although the cottage is on the main road through... More

I sometimes think Tripadvisor reviews use 'excellent' too lightly, but in this case it's absolutely deserved. The owner, Chris, greeted us with tea and homemade scones, the room was large and well furnished with real attention to detail, the shower was great, the beds comfy, the breakfast fantastic (with homemade jams), and the price very very reasonable. Although the b&b... More

As a young couple we couldn’t have asked for more while getting ready for our friend’s Wedding! From homemade cakes to the ironing of shirts and shawls! The owner’s warmth and bubbly nature were wonderful and she made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and the award winning marmalade was incredible! They also offered a wonderful service of... More

The handmade biscuits in the room upon entering provide a fitting summary of the stay - everything about the place is delicious and highly personalised. The owners were extremely, and even gave us - and our bicycles and vast array of cycling paraphernalia - a lift from and to the train station. Food on the table on the first evening was... More

Just what we needed in the hectic world we had just left, we where staying at the Annexe having run Trafalgar Park for the last ten years in order to say goodbye to very good friends and aquaintanses. As you walk around the corner and see the back of this lovely grade II listed cottage, go through your own private... More
