As part of the C2C we spent our second night in Cambridge House. Yes it is a bit up the hill at the end of a long day's walk, but what a lovely welcome with tea and cake. Thank you for your review. It is always good to know that guests have enjoyed their stay with us. This year has seen quite a few walkers and cyclists using the drying room to dry their gear ready for the next day. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your C2C walk. More

The welcome was second to none with tea and cakes on arrival, the rooms are fantastic and breakfast superb, they go out of their way to help you and will do anything within their powers. What a beautifully set guest house with all the little quality touches. Go and surprise yourself and book a luxury room at very reasonable prices. Even though it was just one night we where made to feel so welcome in the little village of Reeth. Such comfort really goes a long way and then there the breakfast which was superb.... More

We stayed here whilst walking the coast to coast route in April. It is wonderfully welcoming with delightful rooms and bathrooms. We were welcomed with tea and home made cakes. Breakfast was the best of our trip! I could not recommend this highly enough!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, particularly the scones and the breakfast! The fact that all but one of our rooms, the single room, has a bath is very much appreciated by a lot of our guests, especially after a day out walking or cycling. More
