The time and effort spent on making Cambridge House a better-than-average B&B is obvious and it works. The breakfast room is beautifully furnished and bird watching from the conservatory over a cup of tea and home made cake was perfect. We slept well, enjoyed kippers and eggy crumpets for breakfast and set off on our day's walking feeling very content.

Where else could you stay with fabulous views of Swaledale, excellent breakfasts, superb rooms with baths and a hot shower that nearly knocks you over(!) We stayed for 7 nights recently and were really well treated by Sandra and Les. It is a true home-from-home with afternoon teas and such friendly hosts. This would have to be the best b&b we have stayed in. Les and Sandra have built and furnished a beautiful house. They are great hosts and the breakfast is excellent. Les makes the best plunger coffee we have had - no exaggeration. Only 5 minutes walk to the village.

Took my girlfriend here for a relaxing weekend away. Its in an ideal setting, only 5 minute walk from the centre of Reeth where there's 3 good pubs and the highly recommended Overton House Cafe. This is our 3rd holiday with Les and Sandra and it feels like home. They look after you so well you feel part of the family.
