A perfect location for visiting the monasteries of Meteora. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We had a ground floor corner room with a balcony overlooking the garden which was lovely. Only one very small criticism, the fixed to the wall hair dryer in the bathroom was too far away from the... The hotel is warm and welcoming at the end of a tiny winding road. It sits beneath the towering rock formations with great views from every room. My downstairs one had a private outdoor area and was lovely and cool. The standout though, is the service provided by the owner. I mentioned my bed was a bit hard (like most... More

My wife and I stayed at the Pyrgos Adrachti for three nights and everything was a delight - from the beautiful and spacious rooms to the warm welcome and care of the young family who own and run the hotel. We came to Meteora for the world heritage value of the area and the Adrachti couldn't be any closer to... More

The hotel is situated at the foothills of the Meteora rock formations, and rooms open to a beautiful back garden with a most magnificent vista towering over it. It is a perfect location for visiting Meteora, at quiet Kastraki, away from the noise of the town center of Kalambaka, The rooms are impeccable, with warm wood paneling and comfortable beds,... More

We spent two nights here in order to visit Meteora. It was such a good fit for the location. We looked out at the rock formations, we had a room that had clearly been designed with care and thoughtfulness and owners who helped direct our day.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the propitiator who proceeded to take our luggage to our rooms. (There were 5 of us). Each room opened onto a beautiful garden with the most breathtaking view. The beds were clean and very comfortable after the hard beds of Athens. The bathrooms were also impeccable. The owner was very helpful providing information... More

What a great hotel - we were spellbound from the moment we stepped foot in our room. Pyrgos Adrachti is situated in the small village of Kastraki, right at the foothills of Meteora. The hotel has a well stocked lobby bar and a spacious dining area for breakfast. The rooms are classy and tastefully furnished in warm wood and wrought... More

Picked Adrachti for the location... I was here for the rocks and monasteries, so wanted to be able to look at them and not the street! Comfortable bed, refrigerator a plus, good water pressure and filling breakfast (meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, yogurt, a variety of breads and GREAT strong coffee. Especially enjoyed the balcony with the rock views. Owner helpful... More

An excellent time in this rustic but clean hotel at the top of Kastraki, with a great view of the mountains. The owner was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, writing down on paper everything we needed to know on how to get to the monasteries. The room was very comfortable, with good television, and also spotless. Breakfast was... More

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful place. Nice, very helping and friendly owner/staff. We had a very enjoyable stay there. The room is chic, designed to be a „rustic” type, but with high quality finishing. The bathroom is big and modern. Also, the monasteries are near and you will find any information you need from the staff of this hotel. We will be... More
