We stayed our last night in France here on our recent holidays. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. They had sockets beside the bed which was wonderful as I need my radio all night. The bedside lights are effective but sufficiently discreet not to keep the other occupant awake. The Auberge was right across the road from the majestic ruins of the Vieux Chateau de Saint-Sauveur, and very centrally located to explore the northern end of the Cotentin Peninsula, with its medieval castle ruins, peaceful marshes (marais), and beautiful seacoasts on all sides.
