There is nothing I can fault at this hotel. My wife and I stayed for one night after a spur of the moment decision to have a night out. From arrival to checkout all staff were professional and extremely helpful. We decided to eat in the restaurant which had a good menu to choose from. The food was super. As... More

We stayed in a superior room (South Lawn) for one night on Friday. Check in: Lovely friendly lady at reception but check in was slow as she was the only person at the desk to both answer the phone and check guests in. Room: Really spacious with a big bed and a wonderfully large roll top bath. There is a... More

My partner booked this last minute and wow, what a find. Simply stunning. We stayed in one of the cottages which was spacious. The staff were absolutely fantastic although I'm sure they could wear something more uniform type other than jeans. Dinner was lovely and a good choice of menu. The food really is excellent. Breakfast was good and very... More

Stayed overnight in a premium room, which was upstairs in main building, huge room, bed and bathroom. So added plus was when slept like a baby as bed was super comfy. The bathroom had a huge shower and double ended roll top bath and was quite unexpectantly spacious, with very hot water each time we required it; the water was... More

A beautiful Cotswold location, picturesque Village and Property. We stayed in a one bed cottage "Aldrich". We had a lovely relaxing stay. The cottage was furnished comfortably, with quality linens on the bed and a modern bathroom. We felt however, that there was a lack of attention to detail. Eg. Only one tissue in the tissue box and when we... More

We had a couple of issues with noise and bathroom, but was very please with how this was addressed by the Manager. Food was excellent and we would certainly recommend and visit this hotel again. Lots of footpaths for walking right on the doorstep in a beautiful area of England.

We stayed in the superior room for birthday treat. Best room we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of hotels, b&bs and pubs. We love to walk so lots of good views and walking available. Bourton on water was very close. Magical place. Recommended location to stay if you want comfort and some romance

What a great find, the hotel itself is very attractive with good cosy rooms, the room we stayed in "Keats" had a fabulous bathroom and huge bath. We were a group of four away for one night as it was my sister-in-laws birthday. We had a choice in the evening to dine in the restaurant or bar, we chose the... More

This hotel is in a beautiful part of England, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, the hot water system does not seem to be able to cope with more than one guest having a wash at the same time, so we had the prospect of a cold shower in the afternoon, although the staff did...
