Having ten centimetres of snow covering the valley and grounds was certainly adding to the "lady of the castle" feeling, that the hotel generates. My room had modern interior with balcony views into the courtyard (Ghanderkhani suite). Sound from a neighbouring room was very loud. Service was very polite, friendly, and efficient for me but my driver did not feel... More

It was an awesome view we had from the 'Green Field Suite'. We checked-in at night and had no idea about the view. We were so lucky to have a fine weather to capture the mind blowing atmosphere. P.S - Mutton dish is the best :D

After a steep ride up the slope we reached the castle ...which was very different from what we have here in rajasthan. The building is an architectural marvel , being built exclusively with timber and stone without the use of mortar. The views are breathtaking and the restaurant well set up. The food was good, especially the trout. The place... More

We visited the Castle by chance as we had to take this route from Manali to Kullu. We loved the place and we were impressed by its construction. We spent more than 2 hours enjoying its architecture and its musiem. Will love to visit the place again.

This is a heritage hotel which was once a castle. A very beautiful hotel with a panaromic view of the surrounding mountains. There is a small temple and a shop selling authentic woolen shawls inside the hotel premesis. It is a treat to have hot tea viewing the snow capped mountains from the balcony of the hotel. May be because... More

Naggar Castle is full of history. In addition to being a hotel, owned by the state of Himachal tourism department, it has a small museum open to visitors and a temple in the middle. The courtyard is most impressive and the views, as others have said, spectacular. The rooms are huge. I had "His Highness Suite". Not really a suite... More

For the best view of the Kullu valley, this is the only place... don't know why this place is still not in many of the tour plans.. Naggar castle (nearly 20 km away from Manali) is a good place to stay for atleast One day, and the restaurant is one of the best. Once a kings place, this Castle is... More

The location and views are just great. The food is traditional Himachali. The service is efficient and the staff is very friendly, We checked out the kitchen, since my daughter wanted to bake a cake, as a surprise for my wife, on her birthday. We were allowed to do so and the kitchen was very clean and the chef was... More

awesome location. Food was too good. Staffs were polite and helpful. If you are looking for a get away spot to just sit back and relax and enjoy the view, Don't go to any hotels in manali. Manali is too crowded. Naggar is the best place for you.

Visited this spectacular hotel for a very special celebration ! A fantastic room and a great view from a private balcony! The balcony restaurant is a charmer, an unfolding view on one side, the hotel on the other..don't expect five star comfort, just good ole government stuff in a very nice location, the food is excellent, the service great; the...
