My friend Sharon & I stayed for three nights and we were Welcomed & made to feel at home. Caroline has a wealth of knowledge about the local attractions & if possible gives guests money saving coupons for various attractions & restaurants. The room(Cider)was comfortable & we both enjoyed good nights sleep. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with a varied menu.... More

We stayed for the second time (after 2009) at Lea House and were again very satisfied. In the morning, I had problems with my car and became quite nervous as I booked the ferry to ireland for the afternoon. Caroline was very helpful and organized personally a mechanic who could solve the problem within short time. Thanks again for your... More

Hello Peter - Thanks so much for your kind review. I was only too glad to be able to help and it seems you did make the ferry ok. I hope you had a terrific time in Ireland and look forward to seeing you all again, next time you venture in this direction. best wishes caroline More

A beautiful building, perfectly placed to experience everything Ross on Wye and the surrounding areas have to offer. The interior is welcoming, clean and full of character. Caroline made my partner and I feel very comfortable. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. Although we were attending a wedding and unable to explore the surrounding area, we were very... More

We returned once again to Lea House. There isn't a better welcome anywhere else. Caroline works tirelessly to make sure every need is tended to. All home comforts are provided and the home cooked breakfast would be hard to beat. Thank you for looking after us so well. We hope to return again.

The perfect place to relax and unwind. Caroline was a very good host. Perfect location, very comfortable room, large accommodation, good bathroom with a lovely bed that led to an undisturbed sleep. Service was great me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it with my wife. I would recommend to anyone who has the chance to stay there and experience a... More

My husband and I stayed at Lea House recently as we were attending a wedding nearby. Caroline welcomed us warmly, organised our taxis and was very flexible re our arrival and departure times. We were most impressed with the quality of the accommodation and with the very comfortable beds in the Cider Room. Everything has been thought of with tea/coffee/biscuit... More

My wife and I took our 4 month old baby daughter away for her first holiday. We were a bit nervous about going away with her as we did not want to disturb other people. We could not have been made more welcome by Caroline and it was the perfect place to stay. None of the rooms are next to... More

We had a lovely stay in Lea House. The family room is large enough to acommodate a family with 3 children, beds are confortable, bathroom is great. Our children enjoyed playing with the dog in the garden. A large choice of breakfasts. Caroline gave us good pieces of advice to organize our visits. We highly recommend !

My wife and I stayed with her sister and brother in law for two nights w/end 11/12 April. Caroline greeted us on our arrival and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Her house is really lovely and our room was excellent, comfortable and spacious. We had our dog with us and she loved it to. Our... More

We had a lovely few nights in Lea House. Host Caroline made us feel most welcome in her homely, comfortable B&B, which has good-sized rooms, comfortable beds (with proper bed linen) and excellent cooked breakfasts. There are also lovely dinners available, which we found a great option with our young family in tow, although there are binders full of local... More
