The front (street) entrance of the hotel is actually the back door, and it's a meandering walk (complete with confused looks from staff) through the restaurant to get to the main reception area. Hi i stayed here with my fiance for about 6 days, the hotel staff were polite the room was clean, the bathroom didnt have a proper door! It's more like a shower sliding glass door that's see through! We didn't find anything in the city center, so we went here. Thanks to S-Bahn, it is ok if you have meetings in the city center. If you have a car, they have a big parking (not sure if it's free). Restaurant (italian) is good, although I wouldn't choose italian. Not really charming, but could be an option.
stayed here with work for 4 nights.problems with locking/not locking of room doors but rooms ok if you get some pillows cos they usually leave one that is as thin as a wafer.
bar is nice and relaxed and comfy and reception staff ok too.
breakfast wasn't great so i stuck to coffee and bread which suited me fine.

Stayed here with work and wish I hadn't. If you are British or don't like smoke than stay away.
It was £70 a night for a business rate with rooms like Travelodge.
The rooms are small, with the TV on shelf so you can only watch it in bed, and no easy chair to sit on (nowhere to put it!)....
