We were made to feel welcome right from the start. The staff and owners were all very nice and helpful. We had an en-suite double room which was clean and tidy and the bathroom was very large but only had a shower cubicle which was fine but could have been a little bigger. Fantastic Stay at this charming immaculate Hotel. My bed ( Rm 2) was so comfy I could have slept all day but not when there's serious mountain biking to be done and after a hearty Breakfast it was up to Newcastleton 7 Stanes trails.
