The hotel staff went out of their way to help us in our stay. The food was just so so but I usually loaded up on the fresh melons and fruit which we do not get at home. Nice clean beach and the location is just about perfect. Only thing missing is a pool, but with a beach just outside... More

We stayed nine days and nights and had a really great time. Being three adults we asked for a second room but unfortunately they were fully booked. However the kind receptionist saw our disappointment and asked if we would like to stay in an apartment. The hotel also rents apartments about a block away but still on the beach. We... More

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I don't understand those objectionable comments because for me it was absolutely enough. I'm not used to expensive and luxury hotels maybe that's the reason:-) the only bad thing was that food, looking delicious, mostly wasn't palatable:-) but fortunately we have grocers in town:-)

In August 2011 we spent there two weeks with one of the Polish tour operators. The hotel, in fact, was one of the cheapest in the catalogue, but still we were very dissatisfied with its service. Our first night we were forced to spend in a signle room - as there was no room for us, the next day we... More

My wife and I have just returned from a two week holiday at this hotel and did not encounter any of the problems previous reviewers mentioned. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful from arrival to departure with no signs of unhappiness. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. Some of the food... More

Where to begin? After booking this holiday , there was an influx of reports of people being turned away at this hotel due to some overbooking issue and not getting the room as booked. So after going to great lengths to contact the hotel and through our holiday company 'Easyjet' we were left in the middle so to speak. There... More

Arrived at hotel for 12 night stay at 2.00am after long transfer from airport. At reception a rude night porter told us that he had some bad news and that there was no room for us (we booked as a package holiday and had full confirmation of booking and payment!). Tried to palm us off to another hotel-wouldn't say where... More
