The staff does not even speak any word English. I can not expect them to speak Dutch, but a little English for hotel staff, can be expected.
But worse: they do not now what they are selling. We booked the "1/2 pension - room 2 person with diner and breakfast ski". In the restaurant we showed our booking confirmation asked...
