This is one of the better Ibis Budgets we have stayed in. It is newly renovated, the rooms and public areas are very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient parking, a quiet area, restaurants nearby, and about 8 minutes from the centre of Chateaudun, which is worth a visit. A good simple choice for a good price.

We are Dad and daughter and last year we stayed in an Ibis budget, the shower was in the room, not in a bathroom, in the room itself, not exactly suitable for our needs. When we arrived at this one, I asked if the shower was in the room (I have looked at others and they have the same set... More

Arrived en-route from Le-Havre to the Alps and had a good night's sleep (fueled by a bottle of vino each) and a visit to Buffalo Grill next door. Breakfast at Eur6:15 is excellent value. Would definitely stop off here again.

This is a typical roadside budget hotel. On the night we stayed it was very warm with the sun bearing down on one side of the hotel all afternoon. When we arrived we asked to change for a room on the other side but without even looking the receptionist told us the hotel was full. Judging by my late booking... More

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. It had terrible smells and the rooms looked like prison cells. No A/c, not even an elevator. I could actually hear someone in the next room use the restroom. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or you will be sorry.

We love Ibis, great value, you know what you are getting and the prices are excellent. The staff at Hotel Marmotte were very friendly and tried successfully to speak to us in English and were most helpful. Next door was a Buffalo Grill, one of our favourites, you get a 10% discount here if you show your Ibis room card. We... More
