I stayed in this hotel a while ago and it left a veritable Grand Canyon of room for improvement. We arrived late at night as part of a coach party, 50 exhausted Brits travelling all the way from the Midlands. Upon arrival we were all thirsty and hungry, however much to our disappointment the restaurant and bar were not open.... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay at above with a group of 24 others.Brochure and website both read well but many of us confused. To state it is a 3* beggars belief-in our humble opinion it is just about a 2* and that is being generous. My wife and I were allocated room 02-and was time warped.needs a make-over... More

Stayed in Strasbourg overnight for a concert at Zenith. Arrived via the airport and suggest taking the train to the city then the tram towards Zenith and then 15 minute walk to hotel. On the way back to the airport we took a taxi and despite being only 7km to the airport the taxi cost over 30 euros so I... More

I booked this hotel as I could not find anything inStrasbourg for a decent price. Most hotels available in the City were charging £200+ so I decided to stay in this hotel. When I finally found it I was happy because there was ample parking and free. We were given a room which was OK but certainly not a 3*... More

We had an opportunity to eat there for business (even if we had already told us it was a terrible restaurant), the fish they served at noon wasn't fresh and the vegetables where still raw (not enough cooked). When we mentioned it to the owner, she told us "I served 50 of this dish at noon today", not to say:... More

Ugly, very un-Strasbourg neighbourhood, cheap late 80's-early 90's style hotel, poorly equipped VIP room (I really wonder what's the VIP aspect about it), no duvet, just an old fleece blanket with a bed sheet, I have had much more for the money!

We stayed in this hotel for several nights in May. It is outside of Strasbourg in the middle of a commercial area. There is a shopping centre nearby but really no nice restaurants other than the one at the hotel itself which is okay for dinner but nothing special. We chose it because of proximity to the autoroute, free parking,and... More

Initially had trouble finding this hotel, due to Tom Tom taking us to wrong road. Make sure you put in Eckbolsheim and not Strasbourg. Very spacious clean rooms, very friendly helpful staff and a lovely pool to cool off in after a hot day in the city. Restaurant menu a bit limited but good value. Tram station is a short... More
