First of all, I always rate my hotel reviews based on the supposed number of stars the hotel has and the price. So a four-out-of-five rating for this hotel doesn't mean it's almost as good as the Ritz - it's that it has performed above my expectations of a USD80 a night hotel. Room: 20 square metres is normal by... More

This hotel is high up in a tall building. Its personnel is friendly and helpful, and the service is good. The breakfast is quite good with a choice of international or Japanese food. The hotel is situated very close to a subway station, so you can travel easily in the city.

Firstly the building is rather new. We drove from Narita to the hotel approximatley 1 1/2 hours. When we arrived in the lobby we saw the gorgeous view over the harbour and its lights. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us the roomkeys. I was in the 22th floor and had an awesome view over the... More

Nice hotel, not in the center but underground is right next to hotel. Friendly staff, single room is quite small but clean and modern. Breakfast is good too with European style and Japanese one. Several restaurants are nearby, ie you have a good choice.

for the price of the hotel I paid, this hotel is good. It's moderm, room not too small, all basic things are included. I used to stay in the budget hotel across the street, this is the first time I tried Sunroute. I don't mind trying another sunroute at a different locatin in the future

This hotel is located in the right spot. Train station right below. Shopping center right there. Quiet, safe place at night. 711 downstairs for late night snacks with bento or musbi available. Hotel accomodations was excellent. Beautiful view of city from room and lobby. Most definitely will return and reccomend to friends.

Good basic and clean rooms with a nice view (all rooms located 16th floor or higher). It is located right at a subway station so that you can get everywhere in a reasonable amount of time. Nearby is not a lot to see though, except for the Toritsu Shiokaze Park, which is only 2 stops away and which I recommend... More

I know Japanese business hotels have firm beds. But the beds in this place are just unacceptable! 3 nights here and sore body after each . Pros: * Good Location: Easy access with a mall below with coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants * JR Rinkin line just below for quick access to other parts of Tokyo * Quiet after... More

First of all the location is a bit out of the way. Getting to this hotel is a hard work because you need to change line. It is not located on Shinagawa but it is actually further than Shinagawa. The hotel is located on a sprawling area on top of Shinagawa Seaside station. The lobby is located on the 6th... More

This hotel us very good value for Tokyo. Located in Shinjuku, it is literally in your sights as soon as you exit the Higash-Shingawa metro station. This makes travel to and from here very easy, with the exception if Marita Airport. Haneda however was a breeze. You are walking distance to the main night life in Shinjuku, including the Golden...
