This is a clean hotel but has no facility except wifi. The room I reserved from booking.com was a bigger room but the receptinist gave me the smallest room at the hotel. so becareful for the room 2250. It is so small. I had no place to put the cattle. Although the room was nonsmoking there was a smell of... More

I booked this hotel as a client company has an office in the same building. Yet on arrival the room was very small and hot! The bed was only a double but advertised as a queen. I am a very tall and big man and my parter and I were crammed into the double bed that was cheap and rock... More

The first thing we noticed and the last thing that stays in our thought is the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and in our room, there is no escaping the bad smell. Even though the hotel is above the Shinagawa Seaside station, we typically needed to change a few train lines to get to our destinations in... More

Stayed here a night whilst in Tokyo. Provided a nice view to the bay. The first room they offered didn't have a very good view, was looking for one with a view to water. Staff were courteous and most kind to switch it up for an extra $8 US. Thought that was fair. Hotel is located in the upper part... More

Location: Opposite the port, hence you get good views. Away from the main streets, you get a more laid back feel. 10 minutes bus ride away to the Shinagawa train station. Very convenient as bus stop is just right across the hotel and bus intervals is very frequent and timely. Alternatively, a subway station is right below the hotel. There... More

We chose Sunroute Shinagawa Seaside because of the favourable reviews from other guests and was pleased with our decision. The hotel is not right at Shinagawa Station (KK01), it's 3 stops further on the Keihin Kyuko Line, called Aomono-yokocho (KK04), then 8-10min walk towards the big shopping mall. The hotel lobby is on the 16th floor. There is Shinagawa Seaside... More

This is a lovely hotel! I love that they have a bunch of stores, yes, in the hotel!! The rooms are a bit small, though. But, it is Japan! I wouldn't complain about my room size if I was in Japan. Once again, love this.

We really wanted to get "twin beds" so that my kids could have their own beds and my wife and I would not have to share a small "full sized" bed (we have a king sized at home.) So we decided to book this hotel because they offered this. And not too many hotels in Tokyo do offer this. So... More

I liked staying in the hotel. Rooms were not big so dont get surprised as rooms in Japan are always compact. Its connected with the Japan Rail and also has a decent shopping centre with AEON. Rooms were very clean and neat. No gyms and no pools.Another thing is that the hotel is located at the 16th floor so you... More

I stayed here for a business meeting and found it a reasonable place to stay. The lobby of the hotel is on the 16th floor, which was a little confusing when we first got out of the taxi. The room was moderately sized for a Japanese business hotel. All the amenities needed were provided. There was a good breakfast buffet.... More
