We booked the hotel because it has an airport shuttle and was reasonably priced. The shuttle driver was on time and pointed out places of interest on the way to the hotel. Be aware that if you come from the international arrival area that there is not a sign to the hotel shuttle but a sign that says group shuttle.... More

stayed one night before heading to airport the next morning. we are a family of 5 so booked 1 room for 2 and 1 room for 3 which worked perfectly as rooms are small in comparison to Australia and like most places they don't cater for family of 5. location was fantastic and easy to get to from hakuba where... We stayed here one night after a flight from Toronto. While there is a free shuttle from Hanada airport, it wasn't running at the time we arrived so we grabbed a cab (35$ Can). The neighbourhood was quiet on the weekend and we enjoyed a nice walk along the park/trail close to the hotel near the train. It is very... More

We booked for 2nights and it was pleasant. The staff is warm and friendly. Our room rate include daily breakfast and it was the usual Japanese fare which is a pleasant surprise from the American or Continental which we are so accustomed to. We enjoyed the nearby surrounding 5-10mins walk to Omori station and lots of eateries and shopping mall.... More

Close to train station 5 minute walk, not much English spoken by employees but you can get by. Service was good, Buffett breakfast was plentiful, although the same food everyday. The rooms were a good size yet they really need a fresh coat of paint and the carpets desperately need to be steamed cleaned lots of stains not appealing. The... More

I only stayed here one night on 24 hour business trip to Tokyo. I arrived at midnight and the staff at the desk had me in my room quite quickly. I had forgotten to specify that I wanted a non-smoking room in the reservation and the only room they had available was smoking. So they brought me an electric air... More

Art Omori is very close to JR station. Located in the middle between Tokyo and Yokohama. The area is mainly residential so you will find all services around you. As other stations, Omori station has everything dining, souvenirs, confectionery, clothing, etc. there are at least three banks where you can exchange foreign currency. The hotel offers free shuttle to Haneda... More

My husband and I stayed here when visiting my family who live locally in Omori. The hotel is a couple of blocks from the Omori Train Station, but an easy walk with wheeled cases through a pleasant neighborhood. My sister recommended this place to us, and other members of my family have stayed here when visiting Tokyo. The rooms were... More

Very disappointing experience. On arrival, they could not find our details. Confusion over booking, so three of us in a tiny room, hardly room for our bags, let alone us three people. We had advised that we were a family of three in our booking. Arrived at Hanida late in evening, no bus transfers, so had to use local transport.... More

Staying in Haneda / Kamata

Neighborhood Profile
Haneda / Kamata
Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.
