Quiet and cozy hotel in the Meguro area, ideal for getting a glimpse of the actual life of many Tokyo locals, and checking some of the newer neighbourhoods in Tokyo. It is very near to the Meguro station, JR line, that takes you fast to the main touristic attractions. Rooms are small, and for sure, it's not the fanciest hotel... More

My mother and I just came back from a three-week stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located between Meguro and Ibisu stations. Although not a 5 star hotel, the service surpassed many of the 5 star hotels I've stayed at in the past. They could not be kinder or more helpful. We upgraded to a deluxe room from a... More

The bedroom was normal size rather than Japanese size.. So after 2.5 weeks in the country it felt huge!! Bathroom was still tiny though. Shower was good, lots of nice toiletries, typically high tech toilet. Room itself was dated but clean. We had to book a smoking room here as that's all they had and there was low availability everywhere... More

the hotel is located very close to the Megro station. Nice hotel, nice shops and restaurants around. Rooms were good, not very spacious though. Breakfast is not very continental. very friendly people. good hospitablity. neighborhood is very good. overall a comfortable stay.

Only 20min by train from Tokyo main station, plus a three min walk means this is a good location. Plus quiet street which is nice. Reasonable size room (for Japan) and whilst the bathroom is a bit small I've stayed in hotels with smaller bathrooms (yes, really) so happy with this choice.

We only stayed for a night, pretty good overall. Clean, quiet, small rooms with the usual goodies (AC, mini fridge, TV). Good location, only two blocks away from Meguro station (Yamanote Line), and just a couple of stations away from Shibuya / Shinjuku.

The room is a very average size for a hotel room in Tokyo and that goes for the bathroom/toilet as well. It's comfortable enough for two people. It's very clean (there was no smoke smell unlike other reviewers noted) and has pretty much every amenity you need. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk away from Meguro station, which... More

Not sure why the negative reviews on here, unless you're used to the MGM Grand. Japan has 127 million people living in an area the of the size of Montana, so don't expect large living spaces. Everything is small here, especially the hotel rooms. This is a pretty nice hotel, the outside and lobby look like an expensive hotel should... More

Close to no ventilation. Entire hotel is smoky. Room was worst. Forfeited entire 6 nights stay and luckily managed to get another hotel after two hours of trying at 9pm on a Saturday night. Go there only if you like your lungs nicely tarred and smoked. I literally gagged within 5 mins of stepping in because of all the second... More

This is a good value hotel to base yourself for touring around Tokyo and ensuring you get a good night's sleep. Just five minutes walk to Meguro Station on the important Yamanote Line and a mid-sized supermarket just down the road. There are plenty of food choices especially around the train station and a even decent Italian joint a block... More
