For around USD $50/night: clean, convenient, free ethernet, perfect for my solo stay. Good view as I was on the top floor, but there was some kind of constant buzzing sound from roof area. Unless on a budget, I wouldn't recommend for a tourist or if you spend a lot of time in the room.
