I stayed here because I had a meeting to attend close by; otherwise this location is not at all central and there is absolutely nothing of interest within easy walking distance. The service offered by the staff on the reception desk was very good - as was the value for money with the room rate that included wifi and breakfast.... More

Stayed here recently for 4 nights and by the end wished I had booked elsewhere - the non smoking room was stinking with stale smoke ( as were most of the others in our group booking ) - the room was supplied with an air freshener which was hopeless - rooms were small and not comfortable - needs a serious... I stayed at this hotel several times as my Company has an office close by. Rooms and bathrooms are very small but clean. Furniture ara little bit tired and need some update. Wifi is free and worked very well. Breakfast is included and is OK ( nothing special but pretty fresh). Service is the best feature of this hotel. People... More

We stayed here for 1 Night. The hotel is not in a very busy area, The rooms are nice , the view of the skyline is impressive. The bathroom signage seems to suggest you need to pay for soap? It was in Japanese So we bought soaps from the 7/11 downstairs. The check-in and Checkout process was simple and quick.... More

Spent 3 nights here and it was a very nice hotel. The location is good...easy access to the train systems and to Haneda airport. The only interaction we had with the staff was checking in and out, but they were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive...we were offered a deal (?) of $17 for breakfast.... More

I would stay here a million times over. The hotel feels very upscale and has a nice, clean very detailed Japanese business style to it's atmosphere. I stayed in a double room that had a beautiful view of the Rainbow Bridge and Harbor cityscapes, for something crazy like $100 a night. The staff was so friendly. I was 3 hours... More

Was in the Seafort back in 2012, the place is by the business compound of Shinagawa; excellent front desk, proverbial Japanese cordiality, the building itself can be impressive for European standard but it’s absolutely in the norm in Japan. Small rooms (smoking in can be a challenge!), beautiful view from the 10+ floor, great vacuum packed scrubbing sponges, electronic toilet... More

Stayed for 5 days/4 nights on April 2013. Booked executive suite. Located steps away from Tennozu Isle monorail station. About 25 minutes direct route to Haneda airport (which handles mostly domestic flights). Booked executive suite, the largest suite available. Rack rate of $1,000 per night but only $330 per night off-season. Very spacious, well equiped suite with great views and... More

so this is just another faceless hotel, named whatever people come up with, nothing special. Our stay was very economical (with breakfast we paid 130Euro!!) / but then its about 30 euro to Tokyo Station by Taxi. One real plus, the reception is run to a very high professional standard. Thankyou, this made up for the boxlike rooms.

We stayed only one night after booking via Hotel.com. Upon arriving at the hotel by taxi, the bell boy ignored us till we pulled our luggage out of the taxi ourselves and started towards the sliding doors. He took 2 bags out of 3 and went to the lobby upstairs. The checkin staff was helpful and professional. I am not... More
