This is a great option if you come for business into the Osaki area. Very convenient 3 minute walk to the metro line. Rooms are very clean and very convenient but reminds me of a stateroom on a cruise ship which is very tight. The bed is pushed into the corner of the room against two walls. Reception speaks good... Good hotel and quiet location. The room was small but it's clean. Stayed there for 4 days. I really like the park behind the hotel where I used to sit and enjoy the cherry blossom moment.. so lovely... Easy access to the train station.. Definitely will comeback and stay there again with my family...

We used it for one night, since it is quite good reachable from both airports and we could meet some friends, since it is also good to reach from the city. Reception-desk professional, rooms clean, small but well furnished. You can find some restaurants around. Good value for Money!

Very good days in the hotel. Well located, near the Yamanote line in Tokyo to access to places of interest in Tokyo. Very nice personnel and quiet area in a business part of the city. Rooms were not very big but enough for two people. I am not very sure, but it seems furniture was new. Resting was perfect, you... More

This is really a self service style hotel and very near the Osaki train station. The Staff speak reasonable English, but when you check in they give you your paper room key and then you must go to a Japanese type Kiosk to pre-pay for your stay. I guess that this also activates your room key. If you need water... More

Overall Cheaper stay (I think) as compared to Shinagawa Prince hotel. Perhaps a little inconvenience as you need to make a transfer by bus/train at Shinagawa station. But still a good stay in Tokyo. But you will need to pay extra for the gym/pool (pay per use) Service English speaking staff with Japanese hospitality. Need I say more? Location 3mins... More

The Daiwa Roynet Tokyo-Osaki is wonderful for many reasons. Among them: - Staff speaks some English. You would do well to learn a little Japanese to impress them. They are very respectful, polite, and helpful. - Larger rooms than average, or so I'm told by a local. - Osaki. This is a beautiful, clean, quiet area. There are several dining... More

Quite a basic hotel. The standard semi-double rooms, very clean by the way, are rather small -- 18 sq.m, so it most probably won't suite you if you and your partner plan spending the whole day in the hotel room. Although walls seem to be quite thin, soundproofing is great -- you don't hear a sound from outside your room.... More

convenient and comfortable it is very close to Osaki Station. Coffee is free and there is a nice TV in a room. Some people say the restaurant is not good for breakfast, because it is a little bit expensive. If you have a breakfast, you should enter Osaki Station and find the restaurant "Beckers". They have reasonable price breakfast menus.
