I don't understand how anyone could write a bad revue about this hotel. I have stayed there on three occasions this year and found the owners and staff very accomodating. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you could want. I think this hotel is very good value for money and would certainly recommend it to anyone more

I booked the hotel for one night with my teenage son. When we arrived at 18.40 on 4/8/09 a middle aged guy behind the desk checked some post it notes and told me my name was not there. There was no Anna and when I told him my surname he said definately not despite the fact that I gave them... more

We stayed in this hotel for two nights whilst attending a wedding in the area. Even as we pulled up outside I knew it was a mistake! The pictures on the website are very misleading, the hotel looks large with spacious rooms on the website, in actual fact it is just 2 terraced houses down a residential street. We never... more

We booked a double room but it was very small. Also the bathroom was small the shower was tiny!!!!!!! No soap, shower gel, or even a glass to rinse your mouth. The room seemed to be quite clean. More pillows would have been nice, and we were lucky it was a warm weekend as the duvet was so thin I... more

We booked the Honeymoon Suite for a night away from our baby boy for the first time. The room was dirty, there was dust everywhere. When asked for a Iron and ironing board they gave us the iron but said we would have to use the chest of drawers with a towel as they did not know where their ironing... more

Great hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Friendly staff, room was clean & comfortable. We were given a room with a four-poster bed which was a nice surprise. Our stay was in Feb at a quiet time so we managed ok for parking, but I would imagine it would be a more difficult to park on the road directly outside the... more

We have stayed at the hotel many time over the last 2 years and we can thoughly recommend it. The rooms are clean and tidy, the people are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is situated in a lovely position close to the cliffs and convenient for the town. The breakfasts are freshly cooked and tasty and the... more

We stayed here with other members of the family whilst in Norfolk for a wedding. The photographs on the hotel's website are extrememly misleading. The external photograph blocks out the very busy road outside, and I don't know what sort of lens they used for the internal photographs, but the rooms are nowhere near as clear and spacious in reality.... more
