Stayed with Paul and Vicci for 3 days for the first time. A really warm welcome to a home from home. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location, would heartily recommend, Thanks again, Stephen and Lynda

During 2014, I stayed at Jennis Lodge for a total of 128 nights! That in itself must tell you how good this B&B is....its clean, comfortable, quiet, just a minute's walk from a beautiful sandy beach and with good bars, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The owner's Vicci and Paul, could not be more welcoming and went out... More

I work as a canine first aid trainer and as such I need to have my dogs with me to work (2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks) On hearing what dogs I have, and that I have two, most hotels and B&Bs are less than welcoming but not so with Jennis Lodge. Paul took the time to find out what I need and... More

This was the second time I've stayed at Jennis and I can only say good things about the place. Friendly couple, comfortable clean rooms, great food. Excellent value for money. I will continue to use Jennis as my family live directly opposite, so if I ever come to visit them, I stop at this delightful B&B. Thank you for your... More

Only stayed for 1 night whilst coming to Norfolk for a funeral. Great place to stay very close to the beach. Rooms very clean and well furnished. Would have no hesitation in booking here again. Great value for money. And a bonus we could bring our dog.

I stayed here for a few days back in June whilst in the area for work and liked it so much I came back with my partner in September. It's a two minute walk from the very pretty beach at Gorleston and a short walk from the town centre or alternatively there is a bus stop just outside. The room... More

We stayed here from the 1 - 3 September while visiting family in Gorlston and it was great. We were right beside the beach which was wonderful as we were able to walk or little dog there every morning. Also it was only a couple of minutes drive from where our family live. The room we had was lovely and... More

We had a lovely evening and breakfast here, whilst celebrating our 4th Wedding anniversary and we also seized the opportunity to take our dog too a sand beach for the first time as she could stay with us, and they were so accommodating and very homely. Was a lovely experience and would highly recommend.

We stayed for one night only, but could find nothing to fault here. A friendly welcome, helpful advice on the phone prior to booking and realistic expectations based on the price meant we found this B&B great value for money, super-clean and comfortable. Brilliant location very close to the beach. Well done Vicci and Paul.
