I was staying in a single tatami room, as i was travelling solo (on my gap year), and didn't want to share a room. Rooms are small, but what are you expecting it's Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable and the air con was definitely necessary! Having free wifi and breakfast is great and helps you plan your day without... More

This cozy little inn was our first experience with Tokyo, and we loved it! It's very close to 7 Eleven and supermarkets, but if you want to take the subway you'll have to walk for 15 minutes. Not too bad! The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They are always there for you. Our room wasn't too big, but it... More

First time in Japan and first time stay in a legit hostel. Was happy with both experiences and the Aizuya Inn made the trip just that much better. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and always greeted you with a smile. The facilities were clean and maintained very well. Quiet location away from the noise, but also a... More

Overall it's pretty good, except location is a bit far from JR station or Metro station, we almost got lost when we tried to get there. Wi-Fi is quite weak at times. However, it is pretty clean and the atmosphere is excellent.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are small but were a good price and a good location. The people I met staying in the Hostel were also very down to earth and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

2nd trip to Japan and 2nd time I stay at Aizuya Inn : I like the place, quiet and calm, the rooms & shared showers/ toilets are very clean. Above all the staff is definitely nice and helpful with tourists "lost in translation" and for some reason, most of the people I saw there are cool. I a word =... More

Stayed here 2 nights in a private double with girlfriend. Once the mattresses and backpacks go down there's not a lot of room left but it was cozy. Shared wash area and toilets that are relatively clean. The toilets stunk a bit at the end of the day. Location is northeast a bit far out for me and there was... More

I stayed at the Aizuya Inn for 5 nights in May. The place is well run, the rooms small but spotless. and well stocked with every kind of tourist attraction literature. The staff were very helpful and willing. Breakfast is available at a small charge and the neighbourhood has several convenience stores and places to eat. Minami-Senju is easy to... More

I am staying in the hotel as I write this review - using their broadband which is good! But Venere.com told me the latest check-in was 12:30h. Wrong, I get there and I was lucky to not be classed as a no show! The women on the desk asked me for a late-check in fee (naaah!). Then venere.com told me... More
