Decided to stay in a capsule hotel for 1 night while visiting Tokyo with a friend. Its such an experience i would recommend it to everyone to try for atleast 1 night. You can only check in during morning hours. Bags are padlocked together in reception and you are allocated a locker to keep valuables. The Capsule hotel is closed... more

I could write a long review about our experience, but sadly after we stayed there, at the end of April we received an e-mail from the hotel that they were closing and would soon open a capsule hotel in Kyoto. It was a great experience, a bit noisy at night with all the snoring and business people getting up at... more

Stayed 2 nights, my first time in a capsule inn. At 4,000JPY a night per person, it's a good deal if it's just 1 or 2 of you. It was also the only lodgings we had (out of 5 places) that had wi-fi. All our hotels had an internet cable, but nobody else had wi-fi. Our first night we stayed... more

I stayed in this capsule hotel for one night during my trip to Tokyo. It was my first time in a capsule hotel and I really liked it. The drawback is that you have to check in fairly late, which means that you cannot spend the whole day exploring. There are separate floors for men and women. You leave you... more

I booked this place through Hostelworld.com. This place was great! I loved it. Great place to try out. Check out was too early. I was surprise how spacious the Capsule actually. It's a must when going to Tokyo! more

This place was great. They even have a separate floor for women. Free water, toothbrush, yukata robe, shampoo. The capsules themselves are more spacious then at least I would have imagined. I booked this place through their own website at http://www.capsuleinn.com. I paid 4000 yen for one night. more

Highlight of our Tokyo stay, So glad this place allowed women, we even had our own ladies floor...yey!!. The capsules are so much bigger than expected, you can easily sit up in them, free internet, toothbrush and daily towels. Only negative is that you get kicked out at 10am every morning and have to re check in every day after... more

Traveling in Japan we felt we must stay in a capsule inn for 1 night at least. It was super cheap and great fun. Being two girls traveling we thought it might be a little more difficult to find a capsule hotel that would allow ladies, but this hotel has three floors of ladies capsules. Staying at a capsule hotel... more
