we had a friend living in asakusa at the time, so this was the closest hotel. we had no idea that the location was really convienent. it might be off the main strip by a few short blocks, but its quieter. within walking distance is the main street that leads to the temple with cute vendors selling food and gifts...... more

I had a tiny double bed room, and my son a single room - both rooms the same size, with the single feeling roomier. The room has everything you would need, lots of buttons etc. The bathroom is also tiny but functional. All very clean. The 1 bed double room was so tiny that it was hard to move around, especially if there were two suitcases opened on the floor. There were no actual closet space either to put your clothes in.
