I've been in this hotel for a full week in a double room and I really enjoyed the great position since it's both near the metro station and the Asakusa Temple with its lively streets nearby. There are also a couple of fast food restaurants, a Starbucks, a super market and an information center in a 500m radius from the... More

I stayed at this hotel for six nights with my girlfriend. Our overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel! Getting there: As we arrived very late at Haneda Airport and the subway closes at midnight, we had to take a taxi. We had the address printed out in Japanese and the taxi driver had no trouble... Location is ideal just 5 mins walk from tawaramachi metro station.. This hotel is more like a spa and you need to pay for the Kimona (bit odd comparable to other hotels in Japan) and they do sell a host of other things including shampoo, conditioner etc.. walkable distance to senzoji temple and kappabakshi ( famous for ceramics, utensils and... We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March beginning of April. Room was booked by travel agent but unfortunately without the breakfast included or room amenities like soap and shampoo etc. Our other party members had these included. Close to Subway and Family Mart which had excellent sandwiches'.

Stayed in this hotel because of a package deal. The hotel is 1 minute walk from Tawaramachi station on the Ginza line but note that Tawaramachi is a small station and we had to carry our luggage up many many many steps. There is an elevator at one of the exits but if you are not familiar with the station,... More

We were a bit confused by the 'pick your extras' concept on arrival (basically you can buy and hire extras not included in your room), but we arrived early and were able to leave our bags. Check in was slick, and reception is open 24 hours. The room itself was quite small, but I'm sure the value was good compared... More

The receptionis has mistaken giving my friends a single room while they should get a double room. To pay the mistake, the hotel put them in the tripple room...wow! Even we should buy the ammenities that provided at front of the lobby, but the basic room itself its very good and very clean. Theres a small savebox and electric kettle.... More

Location, location, location. Agora Place Asakusa is less than one min away from metro, Family mart, and walking distance to 淺草雷門! It's not 5 stars, and do not provide shower gel, shampoo.. but the lobby first is neat and modern kind of vibe. The room is clean, and even have a bathtub!! (Which is rare in Tokyo) The bed is... The location is really a bit far away from shopping paradise, eg Shinjuku, ikebukuro. Luckily, the hotel itself is just steps away from the station. The interior decor is new. The modern and simple setup fits my style. The worst part for me is the Paid TV. I usually switch on the TV to know the weather. But you must... More

Thank you so much for choosing Agora Place Asakusa as accommodation of your Tokyo trip. I'm afraid that there is no obvious guideline of the TV in the room. Actually we have the free Japanese TV channel in the room. Thank you for your precious advise, we would like to improve the quality of service and equipment steadily. I'm afraid... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for our first hotel. Good location, subway is just nearby with 1 min walk from Tawaramachi Station Exit A2 or 10 mins walk from Asakusa Station Exit A1. Location is convenient and surrounding attractions are Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise street and more. Agora Place Asaksua is a pleasant and affordable hotel but I've to say... More
