Staff were courteous and attentive. Room was spacious (for Tokyo!) and comfortable. Excellent location, just a stones throw from Ueno station. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion in for WiFi to be available in all areas of the hotel, not just the lobby

This hotel's best feature is how easy it is to get there from Narita Airport, the Kensei Station is just 1 block away and its train will get you there from the Airport in just 43 minutes without having to change trains or anything which is a super plus especially if you are arriving after a long trip. The hotel was very close to Ueno station. There is also a breakfast buffet for 1300 yen on the first floor. They did not have many selctions though and the food was a bit cold.
