We loved our stay at this place. Very homey and very clean. Though the walk to the train stations may be a bit longer compared to staying in more commercial areas, it was an enjoyable 10minute walk through the residential area, very quaint. Overall, we'd stay here again!

Everyone knew how to communicate in English. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Towels can only be changed at a certain time. We arrived late at night, took a bath and in the morning had to use the same damp towels. Location is far from the train station so this is not for people who cannot walk well.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Public kitchen and washing machine is available. You can reserve the ofuro upstairs which is convenient. The only downside is that it is located in the residential area, which takes awhile to walk to the... More

All good, except for a little suggestion: A chair in the room will be very helpful for... More

I went there with my parent and brother. It was a small guest house but it was really cozy and comfortable to stay overnight. As it is quite a distance from the nearest train station; Ikebukoro which can take about 20- 30 minutes by walking, it can be inconvenience to those unfit. Nevertheless, thumbs up to Family Inn Saiko. Definitely... More
