I stayed one night at this hotel in the beginning of December. Loved the location. I stayed at a Lotte Brand hotel in Busan, South Korea this year so I wanted to stay in one in Tokyo & it did not disappoint! Access to both the Tokyo Metro and the JR trains are in the same station and about one... More

As usual the rooms on the ladies floor were clean and comfortable with the added amenities of flower tea and complimentary chocolates. The housekeeping team did a great job in cleaning and the reception staff were helpful. Rarely have I use the washer and dryer on level 7, but since this incident I'm seriously wary of using it again. Someone... More

They are not flexible, check in at 3, check out at 11, otherwise pay close to full nights rate, even if only one hour. No windows open, room very stuffy. Safe battery dead, as normal took 10 minutes to change battery. Only one small towel and one large towel - for a lady this is not enough. Weird men's lounging... More

I stayed this hotel with my family (husband and 1 year old child). I selected this hotel simply because my family lives close from here. Good choice! Pro: very convenient. Kinshicho station is right in front. You can go to the subway station without getting out of the building. When we stayed, it was raining most of the days, so... More

Great location, basic breakfast, but messy room. After checking in, I came into the room and was shocked that there were unfinished foods, garbage, used slippers, and used toothbrushes. It just liked some-guy still stayed in the room, and just went downstairs to 7-11 or the beer bar. You really can't believe how this could happen.

Hotel is on the subway and only a few minute walk from JR station. There is the direct train from Narita airport to this JR station which is quite convenient. It is a little bit far from Shinjuku but it close to Asakusa and Ueno. The breakfast is the most disappoint for me. It is just so so and nothing... More

Stayed here on tour with group two nights. Everyone got the #01 corner room on a different floor. Apparently they are bigger than their regular rooms. Also nice bathroom amenities and a good American breakfast. Wifi was not working in the rooms though.

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights with a tour group. This was our first time in Japan, but when we got our bearings we realized how convenient a location this was--across the street from a train station with many options for eating within a couple of blocks. Amazingly quiet, very clean and had a coin laundry. Bar/pub in... More

A large well appointed hotel catering to groups and business guests with a friendly staff. You can get to the hotel by train from Narita and easy access for all over Tokyo. Take a room with some upgrade. It makes a lot of difference and still is reasonable. Good breakfast and great 7/11 and pub on the lower floors

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. It is very good location and easy to travel by train. There are many restaurants and shopping centers around the hotel. The room is clean. I love chocolate and wifi for free in the room.
