Had a really good stay here for our recent Tokyo trip. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Room/Bed size was small as to be expected for Tokyo rooms and if you like a soft pillow it's worth bringing your own as most hotels only provide those grain sack things. Only 400 mts from the nearest Toei Metro station which... More

My family stayed here during winter holiday. We arrived after midnight but the hotel was opened and we were assisted well. We could get to our rooms pretty quickly. The staff can speak English. I guess in Japan the rooms are generally small but clean. There's not much space to walk within the room. But we managed to put the... More

We had stayed for 4 nights. The room is very small, cramped but equipped with microwave, electrical stove, small saucer pan, mini sofa and mini bar. The toilet is equipped with towels, shampoo, liquid soap, Japanese pajamas. The hotel is closed to Kuramae station (7 mins walk) and Asakusa Kaminarimon gate (20 mins walk). The plus value of this hotel... More

Pros: low price. Reasonably sized room. Cons: Concierge was rude and unable to speak English. Room was only accessible after passing outdoor fire escape stairs. Air conditioner had been repaired with masking tape. Layer of caked dust next to appliances. Ventilation provided through literally a hole in the wall. Stains in shower and toilet. Entire bathroom facility was beige. Bedding... More

Great location between Asakusa and Kuramae stations, clean rooms and not too hard to find. Good value for what you are getting in Tokyo so would probably stay again. We are both allergic to feathers though. If hotels use feather pillows and quilts they usually have a non allergenic option easily available - but not this place. Asked for replacements... More

There are those trips to Tokyo where everything is memorable. This hotel is not for those trips. This hotel is for that basic trip to Tokyo that you don't exactly remember what you did or where you went, but years later your calendar tells you that yes, you were in Tokyo on that date. It is in a totally nondescript... More
