Great location in shinjuku, suited us as we were out all day sightseeing, only there to sleep. close to station and subway. The hotel is on the airport limo bus drop off/pick up point, which was great, no need to take your luggage anywhere. Our room was in the main building, we fitted us and 2 kids, yes the rooms... More

The hotel is very close to the city centre and food and drinks etc, also easy access to the train . The only problem encountered was that the heating is just one teperature throughout the hotel with no individual air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot and stuffy in the room and when we enquired as to how we... More

I stayed at the Shinjuku Washington in the main building for a week at the end of July. Great access to the Airport Limousine, 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station and very close to shops and restaurants. There's a Family Mart on Level 1 too. Book direct and book early to get an early bird discount. I would stay there... More

- the annex building is non smoking which was very nice - rooms were clean and a normal size for Japan (150 sq feet) with a great view - 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station and easy to find ( we used the trip advisor Tokyo app to walk from the station to the hotel. Definitely get the app. You... More

We wanted a cheap hotel in the Shinjuku skyscraper district for a week's family holiday. I stayed in the Washington about 20 years ago & it still seemed to be the cheapest option (especially with the 30% off early bird discount), but the reviews were worrying. Airport access is great thanks to the Limousine buses which stop at the hotel... More

Central location for Shinjuku and all the area has to offer. A bit of a long journey if coming from Narita and the walk from the station. Room a little small but has everything you need, in the complex plenty of handy shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

I waited a while to see Wyatt the standard of hotel was like in Japan. We booked an extra night (early) given we had a 6am arrival but arrived at 10am to find that our room wasn't ready. Not sure why they on sold it but we were upgraded to another small room. The hotel is fine reception is hard... More

I stayed at this hotel in October 2012 with my friends. It's quite a tiring walk back to the hotel after a long day. Room was a little small but I think this is Tokyo standard. WIFI provided was a little weak thou. Our stay was quite ok with the reasonable price. Might return to this hotel as it meets... More

Room is pretty small but OK by Tokyo standard. The walk from Shinjuku Station can be tiring if you are bringing your kids because it is quite a distance away and the pathway is full of people - there are lots and lots of people in Tokyo, especially in Shinjuku area. Other than that, the hotel meets all the basic... More
