I remember staying at this Hotel with my family for a 5 day stopover on the way home to Australia and the room was just plain. The mini bar fridge was practically empty, the bathroom was so small I had to end up kneeling down to wash myself. The view of downtown was so cramped with buildings everywhere, it was... More

The hotel was very nice but rooms where extremely small. Paid for an upgrade to another room the next day. It was adequate but still quite small. Forgetting all that though let's face it we only sleep there anyway. The location was perfect so close to all public transport plus in the evening only a short walk to the bars... More

Comfortable, clean and average for tokyo hotel prices, this hotel is for those who appreciate value for money. close to a tunnel where you can take a long, meandering walk to the train station. And of course the nightlife of shinjuku. Hotel seems to be a hot spot for wealthy businessmen and 'friends', along with international travellers and their families.... More

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ON FREE & EASY TRIP. Yes, I agree that the entrance to the massive underground connection that leads to the Shinjuku Station is about 100m away (not sheltered) from the hotel. But from this underground entrance, you have to walk about 800m - 1km to reach the main station. To make things worst,... More

After traveling to Japan so many times (where most of my visits is Tokyo), I'm accustomed to the tiny room and small beds. Usually I'm traveling with my spouse or family, until this time where I'm traveling solo. By this opportunity I'm finally trying the special floor called the ladies floor. This type of 'floor' available at a lot of... More

This hotel is located closest to Shinjuku train station. Many restaurants, pubs, convenient stores, and even Don quixote are in walking distance. At the time of my stay, there were in the process of renovating other floors. I did not hear any construction going on but I did noticed some floors were newly updated. I got the old run down... 10 mins walk to shinjuku train station. Along the way, there convenient stores, restaurants, pubs, and some shops. While takashimaya is also nearby. Though hotel room is abit small, after opening our luggage bags, there is barely any space to walk. Toilet is cute, small n just enough to do your business. Clean hotel.

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is more than 1 hour from Narita airport. After the train ride, its a long but convenient walk and easy to find. The exit is easy to locate. You can also opt for a limo bus ifbu dont prefer the train but the service is dor a fee. Very easy to check in and... More
