As i have a chance to stay free on this wonderful hotel.. it made my day there.. Only when i was there i don't thing there is a free wifi in the hotel room. Hopefully can get improvement on it. The hotel's location also near to the subway, so it's considered as easy for traveler like me.

We stayed for 3 nights for a business + leisure trip. The shuttle to Shinjuku station every 20 mins is super convenient, especially when it was windy or raining. Room size is large and comfortable. Whereas the furnishings are well-kept and clean, it's definitely dated and in need of renovations. The hotel also needs to consider adding modern amenities such... More

We stayed for 2 nights and found the room more than adequate and it was cleaned daily. Hotel has a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station running every 20 minutes. breakfast buffet was fairly comprehensive in foods available. Most staff were very efficient and helpful. Japanese restaurant upstairs very expensive. to have a tea or coffee in the cafe was also... More

The location for this hotel is amazing. Its a 5 minute walk away from Shinjuku and there is a subway directly beneath the hotel. I went during January and the hotel was easy to locate upon arriving in Tokyo. I had a special arrangement during my stay and i can only say that they executed everything perfectly. It is very... Have stayed here twice. Good location as others mention, Chinese restaurant is outstanding, nice bakery in lobby, Japanese restaurant is pricey (try others in the area instead), and service is solid. However, I upgraded to concierge floor and can't recommend highly enough -- nice room design and decor, super clean and new, and bathrooms have excellent bath and shower (separate... More

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night after a long flight from Sydney and not much sleep on the flight. The receptionist found a room for us when we arrived mid morning, this meant we could put all our stuff in the room and unload. Our room had a view of the snowcapped Mt Fuji which was very... More

Loved the room service and location. Free shuttle bus every 10 minutes to shinjuku station and big shopping Centre. Great breakfast. Would stay here again most definitely. Easy to navigate on train/subway and all Japanese locals more than happy to help if lost. The Japanese have impeccable manners.

Tokyo is about built environments, design and its fascinating culture for me. Which makes this place at 1st blush a shocker. The building is straight up awful. But look past that. Once you get past the massive and also ugly foyer it gets much much better. The service is Japanese, which is always good. The rooms are spacious, really well... More

We live in Nagoya and stayed here for three days during my husband's business trip. It is conveniently located near Shinjuku station (walking distance from the west entrance) Starbucks, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a little dated, but extremely clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. Wi-Fi is not included with your room, but this is Japan. You pay... More

After surprisingly small hotel rooms in Sapporo & Osaka in 5 star hotels it was nice to be in a 5 star hotel that actually felt like a 5 star! The rooms were spacious and well finished and the view was terrific. The free shuttle to shops is a big help and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Note,... More
