Nice hotel, good service, located 10 minutes from busy tourist area. Was surprised and disappointed that this was the only hotel that did not provide free wifi (stayed in 4 different ones in Japan and all including the ones in ski resort and temple Mt Koya has free wifi). Management needs to update its facilities!!

This hotel is in a a great location. The rooms are quiet and clean. The lobby area of the hotel is spectacular. One thing I did not initially realize was the shuttle service from the train station. The area around the hotel was safe to walk around at night. Easy access to the train station. Would high recommend buying a... More

I had the best service I ever had in this hotel. It was raining on our way to the hotel so we were all wet. Not only did the person from the concierge got us some towels so we can dry ourselves up, but he actually help to clean our suitcases whilst we were queuing to check into our room.... More

We went there for a short trip from Shanghai to Tokyo. After the arrival with the Limousine Bus, no bell boy was there to help us with our luggage. The rest of the stay was average more like an US Hyatt and not like an Asian one. Food at the Club was much less than any Hyatt Club in China,... More

my husband and i stayed 5 nights in their view deluxe room on the 23rd floor. our view was of the tokyo metropolitan building and park hyatt in the distance. nice but not spectacular. the room was a good size at 33sqm, spacious by tokyo standards. very very clean and comfy. the staff were friendly and always offered help, be... Rooms are much smaller than expected or compared to the pictures online. The furnishings are also pretty dated and yes, dusty. The headboard had a layer of dust which I had to clean off myself as I felt it was unhygienic with a young kid around. The service was less than friendly and rather curt. We did not feel welcomed... I recently stayed at this hotel for my winter vaction with my girlfriend. It's not what I've expected. The room is a bit on the small side and pretty old. The washroom is tiny and lack the gimmicks you expected from a Japanese toilet. There is NO FREE WIFI in the guest room. In addition, I asked the concierge to... More

Hyatt Regency Tokyo has been my chosen venue for Tokyo business for some years. Rooms are relatively large, room pricing these days, as it's an older property, are very reasonable. Early morning arrival produced a more than usually abrupt: Check in is at 2.00pm. I explained that I'd have breakfast and asked if I could use the Business Centre until... More

Although not in the top tier of the Hyatt chain of hotels, the Hyatt Regency Tokyo provides great hospitality at a reasonable price. I stayed at the club floor which provided all-day access to the club lounge for breakfast, tea and evening cocktail. However due to the high occupancy rate, the lounge is usually packed with guests and can be... More

The hotel is luxury and spacious coupled with great service and friendly staff. Convenient if take hotel shuttle to Shinjuku station (though not so convenient if want to take JR because bus stop is on Keio/Odakyu side). Underground (Metro) connection is available but not having full escalator up/down which maybe trouble some people (like us having baby stroller).
