lives with it's name the hyatt truly shows exemplary service and cozy rooms. also having one of the local train station just under the hotel and a free shuttle to shinjuku station(one of the central stations) makes your tour all over japan easy, plus one of shinjuku's park is located just beside the hotel adds another plus. we will surely return

We spent 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency, happy to be in a regular-sized room after 2 nights in a different, tiny but very nice hotel. We slept well at the HR: clean, quiet room, comfortable enough bed for a light sleeper, super breakfast and service in the lobby cafe. Be early, because line ups can be lengthy at peak... More

There is nothing else to fault with the Hyatt Regency - it's an impressive hotel, rooms have large windows with great views and comfy beds, staff are very courteous. But I did not expect to a. have to pay £12 extra to use the pool, and have to b. request (and then wait for) WiFi to be set up in... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, it is in a good location a short walk or complimentary bus ride form Shinjuku station and in a very pleasant area of Tokyo. The public areas are very pleasant and spacious, glitzy chandeliers and marble. As mentioned by previous reviewers the breakfast area is very busy in the... More

My husband went to Tokyo on business and of cause I choose to go with. Loved the city and did a lot of sightseeing. From Shinjuku it’s so easy to take the tube to all places in Tokyo and I loved the Japanese people for always being friendly and offering a lost tourist good advice. Apart from the stone hard... Extremely warm, welcoming, and pleasant staff! Very good location, good restaurants, extremely good upkeep. The room size is more than decent. Very well connected by public transportation. For a non-Japanese speaking customer like myself, it was a fantastic experience. There was some operational problem with the gym, but that was Ok. Its the hotel staff, their attitude, mannerism, and communication... More

I stayed there for 6 nights. Good things: 1. Most areas including lobby are non-smoking, which is not very common in Tokyo. 2. Executive lounge was good and comfortable. 3. Location is very convenient. Bad things: 1. Most employees are very nice and pleasant. However, a few hotel employees in the lobby area were not very courteous. My wife even... More

Love this hotel from the moment we checked in. Efficient and professional service all around, from the check-in/check-out counter, breakfast/lunch/dinner at Caffe restaurant, safe deposit box, concierge, to handling of luggage. We stayed four nights here before leaving for Kyoto, and then came back to this hotel for two more nights and got upgraded (from a queen room)! Both times,... More

Stayed two nights.Grand lobby with huge chandeliers and regular wedding cermonies.Large comfortable clean room and helpful staff. No major issues.Minus points are that Wifi is not free and there are unnecessary queues for breakfast-they seem to seat one or two persons at tables for six or more and many tables were free when we eventually got in.They really need to sort... Really enjoyed our three nights' stay here! the hotel is situated in a business area but very convient to travel all parts of Tokyo, with subway right underneath the hotel, a close bus stop ( travel to Shibuya) and free shuttle bus travel between the Hotel and Shinjuku station every 20 minutes. our room is specious, comfortable and very clean....
