Excellent hotel in Shinjuku. Stayed here for 3 nights with the family. It was great location for train, and to get around Tokyo. Convenient to have 7-11 store in the basement of the hotel, boys loved being able to run downstairs for a snack and ramune. Staff extremely friendly, rooms were great. Very nice Regency Club.

Good: -Good room size; use of the space is efficient. -Great bed size; it was also very, very comfortable (unlike the Hyatt in Guam and Saipan). -Great location: if you prefer cheaper form of transportation, the hotel is near the train and subway stations; if you wanted to stay-away from hotel food, which was not bad anyway, the hotel is... Booked an adjoining room for family for 6 nights. Originally shown very grotty 3 star room, very tired, dated, standard western room and expensive for what it was. Bit of a let down after Hyatt in Hong Kong. Complained and was upgraded to Regency club. New room renovated and more Japanese in style. Pretty small but standard for Tokyo so... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo for three night. I used a Hyatt Diamond upgrade to their Atrium Suite, and it was impressive! This room is probably better than a standard room at the Park and Grand Hyatt in Tokyo. The check in was a little slow due the level of english spoken by the front desk agent, but... More

I moved to this hotel after staying in another supposed 4 star hotel. So glad that I moved here. The bed and pillows were much more comfortable, the hotel lobby and cafe were just great. I used the bar one night which was very dark and very expensive. There is a small added fee for wifi (about $3.00). The staff... More

Stayed for five nights. A convenient location, close to Shinjuku terminal. The free shuttle bus runs regularly and frequently to/from Shinjuku terminal. Service is good. A printer was down in the business office. They helped to print using a hotel office printer. Breakfast is a good deal, if you prepay.

I was surprised at the size of my room, for Tokyo standard, it is big ! Being only a "Hyatt Regency" but the room is as good as some "Grand Hyatt". Being in Japan, everything in the room is electronically controls, windows and even the toilet, very good. Flooring and bathroom are especially luxurious feeling, i totally love the bathtub,... More

Stayed 2 nights one on premier floor with city view, the second upgraded to the club floor which has the park view. Generally - the premier high floor seems more spacious and luxurious, though the club floor unit is more modern. But food and range of drinks in the club lounge is limited and disappointing.

Went for a conference. Had a great time. The staff is great, the hotel and facilities are great and close to everything. Would stay here again. Also close to park hyatt where lost in translation was filmed. Loved it and can highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at the 5 star Hyatt Regency Hotel in Tokyo. We found the reception staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room on the 21st floor was very peaceful, clean and comfortable. Sleep quality was very good as the bed too was very comfortable, with nice linen, also block out curtains! the... More
