A bit hard to find, but this may help: Take exit B2a or B2b at Iidabashi station, then you're right at the bulding. The hostel has very friendly staff, a nice onsen, and a great location because it sits on top of several subway lines, Chuo Line being closest. My wife and I booked a room of 4 for just... More

Stayed there for three nights with a large group. The hostel is in 18th and 19th floor, with a lot of restaurants and shops in the same building. The metro and JR line is close by so if you got a Suica card to the metro, this is the perfect place. The rooms are from 4pax to 10pax so it... More

Convenient location in shared building above Idabashi JR and metro stations with good eating places in and around the building. Friendly and helpful staff. One has to book in advance. Internet connectivity is better in rooms close to lobby on both floors. Enjoy the public bath ! Clean and neat facility.

The Hostel is in a government building on the 18 and 19 Floor with amazing views over Toyko. The hostel on the 19 Floor has onsen and shared shower facilities along with toilets on both levels. The hostel has high speed and fast wifi in the center of each floor so you can ask for a room near the center... More

It s located in Iidabashi and it comes very handy as there is the JR station and the metro station just in almost the same building.the view fom the hostel is amazing (18th) floor. And there is a nice café at the canal where you can hire even boats just across the road. The only negative thing is,that the hostel closes at... The place is good but a bit hard to find because inside a shared building. Staff people are really nice and speak english but the bad thing is that there is a curfew. After 11pm it is impossible to enter in the hostel. Personally it was the thing that make me go but if you don't want to go out... More

We'd looked forward to our two nights in this sky high hostel. The location is good. Very close to the subway & JR trains. Lots of places to eat (including a grocery store) in the building. But the rooms weren't as comfortable as we'd wished. Really slim mattresses that made for uncomfortable sleep. The air conditioning couldn't quite mask the... More

I stayed here for a night with a friend in a room that was for three people. Split between 2 people it was still reasonable. Oddly, it was set up for four (two bunk beds). It had a sitting area and a nice window. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were vending machines in the sitting area. If you... More

This hostel is very clean, offers very nice views, hospitable staffs that are very helpful, nicely located in kagurazaka district which is very cozy. Many local japanese stayed here and i met many wonderful people. It is a hostel after all and would be better idf the price was brought down. Definitely enjoyed my stay and shall return here.

Staying in Yotsuya / Iidabashi

Neighborhood Profile
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
